Our Signature Wedding Coordination Package provided by A Classic Affair Weddings, includes Full Wedding Planning including our top of the line service from the beginning of your Engagement till you cut your cake the day of your wedding. In our Free Consultation meeting we will discuss what the bride wants & envisions from here wedding day. This Package was created for those brides’s that work full time jobs or live out of town and are limited to make wedding arrangement. Count on one of our Coordinator to put all the pieces together and you will make the final decisions.

*Vendor Recommendations

*Unlimited Phone calls, emails and text messages

*Review contracts/estimates before you make your final arrangements

*Provide clients with a series of question to ask vendors

*Checklist, Expense Record tracking, Budget development

*Accompany clients to menu tasting

*Supervise entire Wedding day set up

*Supervise vendors during Wedding day set up

*Arrange and set up vendor appointments for bride & Groom if needed we will attend appointments as well

*Time-lines of Wedding day Provided to Couple, Vendors & Bridal Party members

*Contact information of all Vendors to be given to your Coordinator

*Emergency Kit including tapes, glue etc, etc....

*Conduct & attend Rehearsal both Ceremony & Reception

*Complete set up of favors such as: Photographs, cake knife, guest book & pen, Toasting glasses, programs, menus cards place cards or seating chart frame. We will also set up Candy stations.

*1 wedding day assistant needed for an additional fee.

*Distribute final payments to vendors

*Host/Hostess of event (Not including MC)

*Guest List Tracking

*Guest List/Table seating arrangements assistance

*Calling guest to confirm RSVP

*Keep continuous contact with vendors to confirm and make sure all is in place prior to the wedding.


"Make my Day" Coordination

This Package was design for couples who already have all their vendors, but want some ease the day of the wedding knowing that everything they had plan for so many months for is truly coming together. With this Package, we can assure you that we will supervise your entire wedding day without involving any of your family or friends and let them enjoy the day together with you. We highly recommend booking this service 3 months prior to your wedding day.

*Visit venues both Ceremony/Reception prior to your wedding

*Time-line of events such as: Grand entrance, First dances, Bouquet & Garter toss and cutting of the cake Layout

*Review final details one week prior to wedding and day before wedding

*Set up only entire Reception such as: Favors, Photo, guest book and pen, cake knife's, toasting flutes, decorations and candy stations

*Host/Hostess on Wedding day (Not including MC)

*Attend & Conduct Rehearsal

*Contact information of all vendors needed

*Floor plans of Ceremony/Reception sites

*Supervise entire wedding day to assure everything is running smoothly and flawless

*Checklist of all personal items to be given back to the bride & groom

To book your wedding a 50% deposit is required to RSVP your Wedding date. We also have payments plan in which we will work with you and remaining balance must be paid in full one month prior to event.
